Registration
Registration at 2-REG
At 2-REG, we take a different approach to registration than you’re perhaps used to from other Civil Aviation Authorities. We’re proactive, committed to cutting through the layers of bureaucracy that can slow down a registration process, offering a friendly and professional service.
We’re also flexible about the process of registration, importation and VAT having to take place in the same jurisdiction. Experience has shown us that having registered your aircraft in Guernsey, it may be more cost effective to pay the VAT in another jurisdiction, before importing into the European Union. We are able to advise on each individual application.
To start the registration process, you’ll need to download submit the application for registration.
Once received, you’ll be issued with a unique number code, personal to your application only. With the subsequent forms you’ll need to fill out, by inputting your code, it will automatically fill out the parts of the form we already have details on (from your initial application, such as personal details), leaving you to simply fill in specific details, such as aircraft type, engine etc.
Make sure to tick the categories that apply to you, to allow us to know which further application forms you’ll need to complete.
If you have any queries, please do get in touch with us.
Information on our fees can be found here.
