Occurrence reporting
Per GAR 13 holders of certificates issued by the Director of Civil Aviation of Guernsey are required to report occurrences. The term certificates, in this respect, includes approvals, permits and validations.

Please email your occurrence report to occurrences@cidca.aero.
The DCA and 2-REG welcome the reporting of occurrences that are not mandatory, so as to jointly establish and ensure a safe aviation environment.
Occurrence reports can be filed using the online portal link that will direct you to the DCA Centrik management system.
