Proposed Regulation Update

NPA 2022-7 was published on  1 September 2022. This Notice of Proposed Amendment is a result of changes to ICAO Annexes that become effective in November 2022. It proposes changes to GARs 21, 39, 119, 121, 125 and 135. In addition it proposes to withdraw GAR 36.

Comments on this NPA can be sent via Consultations – 2-REG. Although the NPA lists a closing date of 1 October 2022, the commenting period is extended until 15 October owing to the fact that this alert has been delayed.

It is expected that the revised GARs will be published on or around 1 November 2022.
